LocationWe have secured relationships with a variety of venues around the country. A final selection for 2022 will be determined depending on conference center pricing, number of registered students, and geographical groupings of students.

Price2022 pricing is tentatively set at $3,885.00 for all tuition, fees, and materials. |
Application and Registration are two separate processes.

Step 1: Please select the APPLICATION button below to begin. You wll be asked to provide your signature and the signature of an approving official. Once complete, please mail to [email protected]. You will be notified of your application decision usually within 48 hours. |
Step 2: You will receive a an email from the CPLE once the class status has moved from Tentative to Complete. You will be asked to submit payment at that time to complete the registration process. As a nonprofit organization, we prefer checks as opposed to credit/purchase cards to avoid associated fees. However, we understand purchase cards are preferred by many of our clients, which is perfectly acceptable. If you choose to pay via a purchase or credit card, please select the SUBMIT PAYMENT button below. Our secure, online registration process allows for easy registration. Simply choose the session you were selected to attend, provide your contact information, and select your form of payment. You will receive a confirmation email upon completion of the registration. |
* Note: The North Star fee includes tuition for the online and residential components, books, materials, program activities and events, and some meals. Travel, lodging, and most meals are not included in the fee. As classrooms are financially committed months prior to the event, refunds cannot be given. However, alternate qualified personnel from the nominee’s department may replace a previously accepted applicant.
